What to Bring
For those attending for foot care, if it's the first appointment, a list of prescription medication and allergies is helpful.
If you have sore arches or soft tissue pain.
✓ Everyday shoes and work shoes✓ Trainers/sports shoes ( If you’re considering new sports shoes and orthotics may be required, a neutral shoe allows the orthotic to work as intended — we’re happy to guide you before you buy).✓ Any old orthotics✓ Loose trousers/shorts (so we can assess gait and foot position if you need this type of appointment)If you come in jandals or barefoot, we may not be able to provide orthotics at that visit — footwear matters for accuracy.
